  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 10 large shrimp, peeled & deveined
  • ½ tsp Cajun seasoning
  • Salt, to taste
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • Black pepper, to taste

Directions

1. Make the Cauliflower Mash
  1. Boil cauliflower florets in salted water until very soft (~8-10 mins). Drain well.
  2. Mash with milk, Parmesan (if using), and salt until creamy. Cover to keep warm.
2. Sauté the Shrimp
  1. Heat olive oil in a pan. Sauté onion for 2 mins, then add garlic for 30 secs until fragrant.
