This Crab & Vegetable Stir-Fry combines sweet lump crab meat with crisp vegetables in a rich garlic butter sauce. A light yet satisfying dish that’s packed with protein and nutrients – perfect for quick weeknight dinners or elegant entertaining!

Ingredients (Serves 2-3):
Main Ingredients:
- 12 oz (340g) lump crab meat (fresh, canned, or imitation)
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tbsp ginger, grated
- 1 red bell pepper, julienned
- 1 cup snap peas, trimmed
- 1 medium zucchini, sliced
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 2 green onions, sliced
For the Sauce:
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- ½ tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
Garnish:
- 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
- Fresh cilantro leaves
- Lemon wedges
Instructions:
1️⃣ Prep Ingredients:
- Drain crab meat and check for shells. Pat dry.
- Mix all sauce ingredients in a small bowl.
2️⃣ Stir-Fry Vegetables:
- Heat butter and oil in a wok/large skillet over high heat.
- Add garlic and ginger, stir 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add bell pepper, snap peas, carrot, and zucchini. Stir-fry 3-4 minutes until crisp-tender.
3️⃣ Add Crab & Sauce:
- Gently fold in crab meat and green onions.
- Pour sauce over and toss carefully to combine. Cook 1-2 minutes until heated through.
