Ingredients:
For the Salad:
- 2 cups mixed greens (spinach, arugula, or spring mix)
- 1 ripe avocado, sliced
- 1 ripe mango, diced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- ¼ red onion, thinly sliced
- ¼ cup fresh cilantro or mint leaves
- 2 tbsp toasted coconut flakes (optional)
