Crispy Belgian Waffles with Maple Syrup & Berries

Ingredients

For the Waffles:

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1¾ cups milk
  • ½ cup melted butter (or vegetable oil)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

For Serving:

  • Maple syrup
  • Fresh strawberries & blueberries
  • Whipped cream
  • Powdered sugar

Instructions

1️⃣ Mix Dry Ingredients:

  • Whisk flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.

2️⃣ Combine Wet Ingredients:

  • In another bowl, beat eggs, milk, melted butter, and vanilla.
