🌯 Crispy Air Fryer Breakfast Wrap Recipe

Ingredients (Makes 2 wraps):

  • 2 whole wheat or low-carb tortillas
  • 2 eggs, scrambled
  • ½ cup cooked turkey sausage or tofu crumbles
  • ¼ cup shredded cheddar or mozzarella
  • ¼ cup diced bell pepper
  • ¼ avocado (optional)
  • Salt, pepper, and a pinch of smoked paprika
  • Olive oil spray (for crisping)

Instructions:

  1. In a pan, scramble the eggs and cook turkey sausage (or tofu).
  2. On each tortilla, layer eggs, sausage/tofu, peppers, cheese, and seasoning.
  3. Fold like a burrito, tucking in the sides tightly.
  4. Lightly spray both sides with olive oil.
