Garlic Butter Seafood Pizza – Restaurant Quality at Home!

This Seafood Pizza combines a crispy crust with a luxurious garlic butter sauce, succulent shrimp, tender calamari, and mussels, finished with melted mozzarella and fresh herbs. A gourmet twist on classic pizza that’s perfect for date nights or impressing guests!

Ingredients (Serves 3-4):

For the Dough:

  • 1 lb (450g) pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

For the Garlic Butter Sauce:

  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley
  • 1 tsp lemon zest

For the Toppings:

  • ½ lb (225g) medium shrimp, peeled & deveined
  • ½ lb (225g) calamari rings
  • ½ cup cooked mussels (or clams)
  • 1½ cups shredded mozzarella
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan
  • 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Lemon wedges & fresh basil for garnish

Instructions:

1️⃣ Prep the Dough:

  1. Preheat oven to 475°F (245°C) with a pizza stone or inverted baking sheet.
  2. Roll out dough on floured surface to 12-inch round. Brush with olive oil.

2️⃣ Make Garlic Butter Sauce:

  1. Melt butter in a pan over low heat. Add garlic, parsley, and lemon zest. Cook for 1 minute.

3️⃣ Assemble Pizza:

  1. Spread garlic butter over dough, leaving a ½-inch border.
  2. Sprinkle half the mozzarella.
  3. Arrange seafood, onion, and tomatoes. Top with remaining cheeses and red pepper flakes.

4️⃣ Bake & Serve:

  1. Transfer pizza to hot stone. Bake for 12-15 mins until crust is golden and cheese bubbles.
  2. Garnish with basil and lemon. Slice and serve immediately!
