Ingredients
For the Chicken:
- 2 lbs boneless chicken thighs
- ¼ cup olive oil
- ¼ cup lemon juice
- 6 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tbsp paprika
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp turmeric
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- ½ tsp cayenne
- 1 tbsp salt
For Serving:
- 4 pita breads
- 1 cup garlic toum (or tahini sauce)
- Pickles & sliced tomatoes
- Fresh parsley
Optional:
- French fries (for Lebanese-style)
- Sumac onions (thinly sliced onions tossed with sumac)
Instructions
1️⃣ Marinate Chicken:
- Mix all marinade ingredients. Coat chicken thoroughly. Refrigerate 4-24 hours.
2️⃣ Roast:
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Stack chicken vertically on a skewer or bake flat on a tray for 40-45 mins until charred.
