Ingredients
For the Salmon:
- 2 salmon fillets (6 oz each, skin-on)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp butter
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
For the Sauce:
- ¼ cup crème fraîche (or heavy cream)
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
- 1 tsp capers (optional)
To Serve:

Instructions
1️⃣ Prep Salmon:
- Pat fillets dry. Season skin with salt and pepper.
