Ingredients

For the Seafood (Serves 4-6):

  • 12 fresh oysters (e.g., Fine de Claire or Kumamoto)
  • 1 lb cooked king crab legs
  • 2 cooked lobster tails (split lengthwise)
  • 20 cooked large shrimp (head-on)
  • 1 lb cooked mussels (in shell)
  • ½ lb cooked whelks or periwinkles (optional)

For the Mignonette Sauce:

  • ¼ cup champagne vinegar
  • 1 shallot, minced
  • 1 tsp cracked black pepper

For the Lemon Aioli:

  • ½ cup mayo
  • 1 garlic clove, grated
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • ½ tsp Dijon mustard

Instructions
