Ingredients
For the Pork:
- 1.5 lb pork tenderloin (trimmed)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 tbsp fresh thyme leaves
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
For the Glaze:
- 1 cup apple cider
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp butter

Instructions
1️⃣ Prep Pork:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Pat pork dry.
- Mix oil, garlic, herbs, salt, and pepper. Rub all over pork.
2️⃣ Sear & Roast:
- Heat an oven-safe skillet over medium-high. Sear pork on all sides (~2 mins per side).
- Transfer skillet to oven. Roast 18-20 mins until internal temp reaches 145°F (63°C).
3️⃣ Make Glaze:
- Simmer cider, syrup, and mustard in a saucepan until reduced by half (~8 mins). Stir in butter.
4️⃣ Serve:
