Ingredients
For the Lamb Kofta Kebabs:

For the Chicken Shish Kebabs:
- 1 lb chicken thighs, cubed
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp paprika
- 1 tsp cayenne (optional)
- 1 lemon (juice + zest)
For the Beef Kebabs:
- 1 lb sirloin, cubed
- 2 tbsp pomegranate molasses
- 1 tbsp sumac
- 1 tsp garlic powder

Instructions
1️⃣ Marinate Meats (2h+):
- Mix lamb kofta ingredients; shape onto skewers.

2️⃣ Grill:
