Ingredients

For the Tart:

  • 1 sheet puff pastry (thawed)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 large onions, thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 4 oz goat cheese, crumbled
  • ½ cup sun-dried tomatoes (oil-packed), chopped
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)

For the Garnish:

  • Fresh thyme leaves
  • Black pepper
  • Flaky sea salt

Instructions

1️⃣ Caramelize Onions:

  • Heat oil in a pan. Cook onions on low for 25 mins until golden.
  • Stir in vinegar and honey. Cool.

2️⃣ Prep Pastry:

  • Roll out pastry on parchment. Fold edges to create a border. Prick center with a fork. Chill 15 mins.
