Spicy Honey Garlic Shrimp Stir-Fry

Fire up your taste buds with this Spicy Honey Garlic Shrimp Stir-Fry—a perfect balance of sweet, spicy, and savory flavors! Juicy shrimp, crisp veggies, and a sticky honey garlic sauce come together in just 20 minutes. Ideal for a quick weeknight dinner or meal prep!

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled & deveined
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce (low-sodium)
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp sriracha (adjust for spice)
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp ginger, grated
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • Green onions & sesame seeds (for garnish)

Instructions:

1️⃣ Marinate Shrimp: In a bowl, mix shrimp with 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp honey, and sriracha. Let sit for 10 mins.
2️⃣ Cook Veggies: Heat oil in a pan. Sauté bell pepper and broccoli for 3-4 mins until tender-crisp. Remove and set aside.
3️⃣ Sear Shrimp: In the same pan, cook shrimp for 2 mins per side until pink. Remove and set aside.
4️⃣ Make Sauce: Add garlic, ginger, remaining soy sauce, honey, and sesame oil to the pan. Simmer for 1-2 mins until bubbly.
5️⃣ Combine: Toss shrimp and veggies back into the pan. Stir to coat in sauce.
6️⃣ Garnish & Serve: Top with green onions and sesame seeds. Serve over rice or noodles!
