Ingredients (Serves 4):
- 1 lb flank steak or sirloin, thinly sliced
- 3 cups broccoli florets
- 2 tbsp olive oil or sesame oil
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
- ¼ cup low-sodium soy sauce or tamari (for gluten-free)
- 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar or lime juice
- 1 tsp cornstarch (optional, for thickening)
- Optional: green onions & sesame seeds for garnish
🔪 Instructions:
