This One-Pan Honey Garlic Chicken Thighs recipe is a game-changer for weeknight dinners. Juicy, pan-seared chicken thighs are coated in a sticky-sweet, garlicky glaze with just a hint of soy sauce and spice. No oven needed, minimal clean-up, and maximum flavor!

Ingredients:
- 4 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 3 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar or lemon juice
- Optional: chili flakes or sriracha for heat
- Fresh chopped parsley (for garnish)
Instructions:
- Season the chicken with salt and pepper on both sides.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Place the chicken thighs skin-side down and sear for about 5–6 minutes until golden and crispy. Flip and cook another 4–5 minutes.
- Lower the heat. Push the chicken to the sides of the pan and add the minced garlic. Sauté for about 30 seconds.
- Pour in the honey, soy sauce, and vinegar. Mix gently to coat the chicken.
- Let the sauce simmer until it thickens slightly and coats the chicken (about 5 minutes). You can spoon sauce over the chicken while it cooks.
- Remove from heat, sprinkle with chopped parsley and optional chili flakes.
- Serve with rice, mashed potatoes, or steamed veggies!
