One-Pan Honey Garlic Chicken Thighs

This One-Pan Honey Garlic Chicken Thighs recipe is a game-changer for weeknight dinners. Juicy, pan-seared chicken thighs are coated in a sticky-sweet, garlicky glaze with just a hint of soy sauce and spice. No oven needed, minimal clean-up, and maximum flavor!

Ingredients:

  • 4 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar or lemon juice
  • Optional: chili flakes or sriracha for heat
  • Fresh chopped parsley (for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Season the chicken with salt and pepper on both sides.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Place the chicken thighs skin-side down and sear for about 5–6 minutes until golden and crispy. Flip and cook another 4–5 minutes.
  3. Lower the heat. Push the chicken to the sides of the pan and add the minced garlic. Sauté for about 30 seconds.
  4. Pour in the honey, soy sauce, and vinegar. Mix gently to coat the chicken.
  5. Let the sauce simmer until it thickens slightly and coats the chicken (about 5 minutes). You can spoon sauce over the chicken while it cooks.
  6. Remove from heat, sprinkle with chopped parsley and optional chili flakes.
  7. Serve with rice, mashed potatoes, or steamed veggies!
