Ingredients (Serves 3-4):
For the Dough:
- 1 lb (450g) pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
For the Garlic Butter Sauce:
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley
- 1 tsp lemon zest
For the Toppings:
- ½ lb (225g) medium shrimp, peeled & deveined
- ½ lb (225g) calamari rings
- ½ cup cooked mussels (or clams)
- 1½ cups shredded mozzarella
- ½ cup grated Parmesan
- 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

Instructions:
