Ingredients
For the Dough (or use store-bought):
- 1 lb pizza dough (or make your own with 2 cups “00” flour, 1 tsp yeast, ¾ cup water, 1 tbsp olive oil, 1 tsp salt)
For the Toppings:
- ½ cup San Marzano tomato passata
- 1 cup sun-blushed tomatoes (or cherry tomatoes halved)
- 1 ball (8 oz) burrata cheese
- Fresh basil leaves
- 2 tbsp balsamic glaze
- Extra-virgin olive oil
- Flaky sea salt
Instructions
1️⃣ Prep Dough:
- Stretch dough to 12″ round. Place on parchment.
