- 4 day-old croissants (slightly stale works best)
- ½ cup almond flour
- 3 tbsp softened butter
- 2 tbsp honey (+ extra for drizzling)
- ¼ tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
1️⃣ Make Almond Filling:
- Mix almond flour, butter, 1 tbsp honey, and vanilla into a paste.
2️⃣ Stuff & Press:
- Slice croissants horizontally (don’t cut through). Spread filling inside.
