  • 1½ lbs sirloin or ribeye steak, cut into bite-size cubes
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 medium zucchini, sliced
