This easy yet incredibly tasty dish combines chicken fillet, potatoes, eggs, and a few simple ingredients to create a golden, crispy-on-the-outside, soft-and-juicy-inside meal that everyone will love. - 2 eggs
- Salt and black pepper (to taste)
- 1 kg potatoes
- 2 carrots
- 2 onions
- 4 garlic cloves
- Vegetable oil (for frying)
- 3 tablespoons flour

- 1 chicken breast (or fillet), cooked and shredded
- 6 mushrooms
- Sweet paprika (to taste)
- 70 ml cream
- 100 g mozzarella cheese

Step 1: Prepare the Base Mixture
Peel and grate the potatoes. Squeeze out excess moisture using a clean kitchen towel. Grate carrots and finely chop onions and garlic.
In a large bowl, combine grated potatoes, carrots, onions, and garlic. Add salt, pepper, and mix well.
Step 2: Add Eggs and Flour
Crack 2 eggs into the mixture. Add 3 tablespoons of flour and mix thoroughly until everything is well combined.
Step 3: Cook the Chicken Filling
Cook the chicken fillet in a pan with a little oil and butter until tender and slightly browned. Season with salt, pepper, and sweet paprika. Shred or cut into small pieces.
Step 4: Make the Creamy Mushroom Topping
