Ingredients
For the Shrimp:
- 1 lb large shrimp (peeled, deveined)
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- ¼ cup dry white wine (or chicken broth)
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- ¼ tsp red pepper flakes
- Salt & black pepper
To Finish:
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- Lemon wedges
Instructions
1️⃣ Sear Shrimp:
- Pat shrimp dry. Season with salt and pepper.
- Melt 2 tbsp butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add shrimp in a single layer. Cook 1-2 mins per side until pink. Remove and set aside.
2️⃣ Make Sauce:
- In the same pan, melt remaining butter. Sauté garlic and red pepper flakes for 30 sec.
- Deglaze with wine and lemon juice. Simmer 2 mins until slightly reduced.
3️⃣ Combine & Serve:
- Return shrimp to pan. Toss to coat. Sprinkle with parsley.
