Ingredients

For the Pancakes:

  • 1½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1¼ cups buttermilk (or milk + 1 tbsp vinegar)
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup fresh blackberries (halved)

For the Lemon Glaze:

  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • ½ tsp lemon zest
  • 1 tsp milk (as needed)

To Serve:

Instructions

1️⃣ Make Batter:
